I need advice on how to shadow a surgeon?

I am a high school freshman, and a good one at that. I aspire to become a Physicians istant for a Cardiologist. I currently have a position at PBSC (Palm Beach State College) over the summer teaching a dissection/anatomy cl to middle school students interested. I am first aid, CPR, and AED certified by the American Red Cross, and I have a profound knowledge of anatomy. I know how to preform a venepuncture and simple interrupted sutures. I am also familiar with sterile technique. It would be the most amazing experience for me to watch a surgeon, of any specialty at work in the OR. What are my chances of getting into the OR? What would be the best approach? Thank you so much!
